Catherine Ashby is an English Americana artist from London. Laurel Canyon meets the English hills with a stop off in Nashville on the way. Catherine is currently working on her second album following on from her EP 'Tennessee Tracks' recorded in Nashville and released in 2014. With both National and International radio play of songs from the EP, favourable reviews, a European tour covering Holland, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. Interesting collaborations, trips back to Music City, travels to remote Scottish islands, creative detours, emotional upheavals with large chunks of life being lived over the last few years, 2017 is set to be A year we see Catherine stepping out to share some more magical tales of heartbreak and hope.
Following a fruitful first stay in Music City at the end of 2013, Catherine recorded a five song EP 'Tennessee Tracks', which was produced with fellow Brit and Nashville resident, the late Lorna Flowers. Accompanying Catherine on the record are Lorna's team of stellar musicians that helped transform Catherine's songs into an authentic transatlantic Americana sound.

Catherine's debut album 'King of my Sky' was released in November 2012 with a launch party to a capacity crowd at The Musical Museum in West London.
